Changing negative mental constructs
I have been helping people change their negative constructs in their brains for years and have found a profound process that does this without too much work for the client.
Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D did some research and wrote about his theory, and I have created a list of affirmations for clients to use (see below). The theory is that if they read the affirmations with their own voice to a voice recording in a phone, and then play them to themselves every night as they fall to sleep for at least 30 days, it will change self-image and create empowerment in the brain.
I have observed amazing change in clients who have taken this on board!
